Vallenera's black truffle bitters from Norcia is a liqueur with a unique and intense flavour, which combines Umbrian tradition with the excellence of the territory.
The black truffle of Norcia, precious and rare, is harvested by hand in the woods surrounding Norcia, while the herbs used for the production of this bitter are carefully selected from the typical Umbrian ones.
